Product Overview
Fluorine-lined globe valves are forced sealed valves, so when the valve is closed, pressure must be applied to the disc to force the sealing surface not to leak. When the medium enters the valve from below the disc, the resistance to be overcome by the operating force is the friction force of the stem and packing and the thrust generated by the pressure of the medium. The force of closing the valve is larger than that of opening the valve, so the diameter of the valve stem should be larger, otherwise the failure of stem top bending will occur. After the appearance of the self-sealing valve, the medium flow of the globe valve changes from above the disc into the valve chamber. At this time, under the action of the medium pressure, the force of closing the valve is small, while the force of opening the valve is large, and the diameter of the valve stem can be reduced accordingly. At the same time, under the action of the medium, this form of valve is also tight. The "three valve" has been stipulated in our country, the flow of cut-off valve, all using top-down.
When the fluorine lined stop valve is opened, the opening height of the valve disc is 25% ~ 30% of the nominal diameter, and the flow has reached the maximum, indicating that the valve has reached the fully open position. Therefore, the fully open position of the globe valve should be determined by the stroke of the valve disc.

Characteristics of structure

The globe valve has three structural forms: straight through, straight flow, Angle, and the through is the most commonly used. The Angle type can be installed at the corner of the piping system, and the straight flow resistance is the smallest in the stop valve.
